These terms cover the AI Professional HQ desktop application ("the application") provided by Innovating with AI ("we"). By installing it you agree to them.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the application on computers you control. You may not redistribute, sell or reverse-engineer it, or remove its notices. Open-source components are licensed under their own terms, listed in the application.
Everything you create in the application is yours and stays on your computer. API keys you enter are yours; you are responsible for the charges the providers bill you and for complying with their terms. The application shows which provider each model uses; choosing a provider is your decision.
The application runs AI models that can be wrong. Output is generated, not verified. Review anything an agent writes, sends or changes on your behalf before relying on it, especially email, calendar and file operations you have permitted.
The free application is free, without an account, for personal and business use. Premium features, when offered, are a paid subscription under terms shown at purchase, including the cancellation and refund terms. If a subscription lapses the application continues to work with the free allowances and nothing you created is deleted.
The application checks for new versions and tells you when one exists. Installing it is your choice.
The application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovating with AI is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including loss caused by AI output or by actions an agent took with permissions you granted. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
