AI Professional HQ is a desktop application made by Innovating with AI. This policy explains what the application does with your data. The short version: it is designed so that we never see it.
Everything the application stores lives in a folder on your own computer: your agents and their instructions, chats, tables, knowledge bases and the documents in them, connected-account tokens (kept in your operating system's keychain), run logs, settings, backups and the AI models you download. Innovating with AI operates no server that receives any of it. There is no account, no sign-in and no telemetry in the free application.
When an agent answers, the text of the conversation and anything you gave it to work with is sent to one AI provider, and the application tells you which:
Requests go from your computer directly to the provider you chose. They do not pass through Innovating with AI. The same is true of web searches (your own Brave Search key) and of your Google or Microsoft account: the application talks to those services directly from your computer.
Connecting Google or Microsoft grants the application, on your computer, the permissions you tick — reading mail, creating drafts, managing labels, calendars, files. Those tokens are stored in your operating system's keychain and used only for the operations your agents perform. You can disconnect at any time in the application, and revoke access from your Google or Microsoft account settings.
Delete the application's data folder and everything is gone; there is no copy elsewhere. Backups are ordinary files in a folder you can see. You can use the application entirely offline with a local model.
AI Professional HQ is not directed at children under 16.
